BARTEC Safety (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the ExSafe B2B Portal. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Portal, and your choices in relation to them. This Policy is intended to be read alongside our Privacy Policy (POPIA) and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") and, where applicable, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA").
